Owned and operated by Liz DellaPorta, Fit For Life offers a multitude of personal fitness training services to custom fit your needs. We offer dynamic, innovative training sessions in the comfort of your own home, in your office, gym or studio or outdoors. We even do boot camps!

Assessment/Consultation

Everyone receives a fitness assessment and consultation on their current training routine and eating regimen for all services purchased.

Personal Training

* One-on-One Home Training

* Semi-private Home Training

Boot Camp/Weight Training Combo

Weight training with dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight will chisel your muscle so that you will be lean, yet shaped. This program will increase your metabolism and strength.

Boot camp drills will focus on fat burning, cardiovascular training, agility, speed, balance, and coordination. Hurdles, ladders, cones, medicine balls, versa steps, jump ropes, power wheel, BOSU, and steps are among the fitness equipment that will be used.

The final portion of the session will focus on core strength, with the goal of building strong, defined abs!!! Flexibility also will be addressed throughout the training session. All fitness levels are welcome.

Participants also have the option of having their body fat tested, measurements taken with before-and-after photos, and a fitness assessment.

Weight room Training/Cardio Options

Fit For Life will accommodate your fitness needs and budget.

 

Group training sessions come with a one-on-one consultation, eating and training routine, and a fitness assessment, an $85.00 value that is included in the package.

You also have the option of having your body fat tested, measurements, and before-and-after pictures.

 * Option 1- Weight room training.

Don’t feel comfortable in the weight room?

Just not motivated to lift weights on your own?

Muscle = Increased metabolism.

Weight room training will focus on strength and endurance in a small group setting. We cater to all levels of fitness.

  * Option 2 – Aerobic Interval training.

Do you hate doing cardio?

Have you been doing the same cardio routine, but getting no results?

Interval training is an excellent way to burn more calories, build endurance quickly, and make workouts interesting. This class involves alternating high-intensity exercise with recovery periods.
